Michael Bath

Coach Michael Bath is an elite lacrosse player and trainer with experience competing at the highest levels of the game. Currently a senior captain at Princeton University, Bath has established himself as one of the premier defensive players in college lacrosse through his leadership, consistency, and high-level play against top national competition.
A two-time Inside Lacrosse All-American and two-time All-Ivy League selection, Coach Bath has been a cornerstone of Princeton’s defense throughout his collegiate career. He led the Ivy League in caused turnovers per game and set Princeton’s single-game school record with six caused turnovers in one contest. His standout performances also earned him USA Lacrosse Division I Player of the Week honors. During his time at Princeton, he helped lead the Tigers to two Ivy League Championships while serving as a leader both on and off the field.
Before Princeton, Coach Bath was a standout at Gonzaga College High School, where he earned Under Armour Senior All-American honors and served as a two-time team captain. He also helped lead Gonzaga to two WCAC Championships, cementing himself as one of the top defensive prospects in the country.
As a trainer, Coach Bath specializes in defensive footwork, positioning, stick skills, transition play, ground balls, and lacrosse IQ development. His training sessions focus on helping athletes improve fundamentals, compete with confidence, and elevate their game to the next level.
