Coach Scheeler brings years of high-level lacrosse experience and a strong defensive background to his personal training sessions. Before Maryland, Coach Scheeler was a standout defenseman at Calvert Hall College High School, where he helped anchor one of the top defensive units in the highly competitive MIAA “A” Conference. He played a key role in leading the Cardinals to the 2009 MIAA “A” Championship game while also contributing offensively with four goals and five assists during his senior season. In addition to lacrosse, he was also a multi-sport athlete who competed in basketball.

As a trainer, Coach Scheeler specializes in defensive fundamentals, footwork, positioning, stick skills, conditioning, and lacrosse IQ development. His sessions are designed to help players improve confidence, sharpen technique, and develop the discipline needed to compete at the next level.
