OUT THE TRYOUT REGISTRATION…

TO BEGIN REGISTRATION, YOU WILL BE ASKED IF YOU WANT TO REGISTER “MY CHILD” OR “MYSELF AS A PLAYER”.
PARENTS MUST REGISTER “MY CHILD” IF THE PLAYER IS UNDER 18 YEARS OLD.
PLAYERS CAN REGISTER “MYSELF AS A PLAYER” AS LONG AS THEY ARE 18 YEARS OLD OR OLDER.
You will need the following information readily available, as it is required to complete registration:

If under the age of 18, a parent/guardian must complete the registration

Communication – please note that we are a lean organization. Please contact TEAMLINKT if you are having trouble with logging in, entering data or payment (this is controlled by TEAMLINKT). If you do have questions, the best mode of communication is to email rich@beltwaylacrosse.com and will do our best to respond (info can be found on our website at www.beltwaylacrosse.com (MACBLL Collegiate Box League Tab) or on our social media links). Most communication throughout the season will be by email. From experience, many emails go unseen and, given our lean staff, we will not be able to follow-up if individuals do not see and/or respond to emails. We urge you to provide an email that will be the main email for communication throughout the season and to always check junk folders.

If you have a valid USBOXLA membership number, please enter that information below using the last name, date of birth, and email that you currently have on file with USBOXLA.

If the participant does NOT already have a USBOXLA membership, please follow the instructions below:

When you click the link below, it will ask for a “unique parent email address”. This email will be the email address you use to log in to USBOXLA to see the player’s membership number. Think of it as your username.

If you do not have an account with USBOXLA, it will automatically create one for you using the email address you enter on the first screen. A computer generated password will be sent to that email.

Please note: If you are registering more than one athlete, you will need a separate email to login to USBOXLA for each athlete. Meaning, the email address you used to create an account for your first athlete with USBOXLA will not be able to be used for any other registrations with USBOXLA.

On the second page, it will ask for additional emails. You may enter any other email address you wish to receive correspondence from USBOXLA (i.e. an additional parent, or the athlete’s email), but the first email address you enter will be the only address you can use to log in to see USBOXLA membership numbers for your athlete.
